Abstract
Poly[4-phenyl-2,6-(p-phenoxy)-quinoline](PQ) containing heterocyclic quinoline unit in the main chain exhibited excellent photoconductivity when doped with electron acceptor, 2,4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone(TNF). Employing 35∼45wt% of TNF composition the ratio of photo and darkconductivity was measured to be about 80 at the applied electric field of 105V/cm. Additionally, PQ-TNF double layered sample exhibited significant photovoltaic effect. The open circuit voltage was about 0.7V and the conversion efficiency was about 10-2%.

복소환계 고분자인 Poly[4-phenyl-2,6-(p-phenoxy)-quinoline](PQ)는 전자수용체인 2,4,7-trinitro-9-fluorenone(TNF)와 전하이동착체 형성을 통하여 뚜렷한 광전도성을 나타냈다. 착체형성 조성비 1:0.4에 해당하는 비율로 혼합 제조한 시료에서 가장 높은 광전도 효율을 보였으며, 이때 실내 조명 조건하 105V/cm에서 광전도도 대 암전도도의 비는 80정도였다. 또한 PQ-TNF로 제조한 적층형 시료의 경우 뚜렷한 광기전성 소자로서의 거동을 보였으면 제작된 광전소자의 개방회로 전압은 약 0.7V였고, 광전변환 효율은 10-2%였다.
