Abstract
The conducting polymer composite was prepared using polypyrrole(PPy) and polyurethane(PU) as a conducting polymer and a matrix polymer, respectively. In order to enhance the physical properties of a conducting composite, the electrostatic interaction between cation containing PPy and PU matrix was introduced by the incorporation of anionic moieties into the PU structure. The presence of the electrostatic interaction between the matrix anions and conducting PPy was monitored by electrical measurement. The physical properties of the composite were also monitored with varying preparation condition. As the ionic content was increased up to 6 wt%, the electrical conductivity as well as surface-morphological property was enhanced.

폴리우레탄(PU)을 매트릭스로 사용하여 전도성 고분자인 폴리피롤(PPy)과의 전도성 복합재료를 제조하였다. 전도성 복합재료의 물성을 향상하기 위하여 양이온기를 포함하는 전도성 PPy와 정전기적 인력을 유도하고자 하였으며, 이를 위하여 PU에 음이온기를 도입하였다. 전기적 성질과 전기전도도의 안정성 실험을 통하여 매트릭스에 도입된 음이온기와 전도성 PPy와의 정전기적 인력을 확인하였으며, 복합재료 제조 조건에 따른 물성의 변화를 확인하였다. 매트릭스에 음이온기의 함량이 약 6wt%까지 증가함에 따라 복합재료 내의 PPy가 보다 균일하게 분산되었으며, 전기전도도 또한 점차로 증가하였다.
