Abstract
The latent properties and cure kinetics of and acid anhydride-cured epoxy resin have been investigated by a near-infrared(NIR) reflection spectroscopy. The assignments of the latent properties and cure behaviors were performed by the measurements of the NIR reflcerance for epoxide and hydroxyl froups at different temperatures. A comprehensive analysis of the origin, location, and shifts during reaction of all major NIR absorption peaks in the spectral range from 4000 to 7100cm-1 was provided. The extent of reaction was determined from NIR absorption bnad at the 4530cm-1depending on epoxide concentration and cure temperature. 산무수물 경화 에폭시 수지의 잠재 특성 및 경화 동력학을 근적외선 분광분석법을 통해서 논의하였다. 잠재 특성과 경화 거동의 확인은 각기 다른 온도에서 에폭사이드와 수산기의 NIR reflectance를 측정함으로써 행해졌으며 반응 과정에서 4000∼7100cm-1스펙트럼 범위의 주된 NIR 흡수피크의 기점, 위치 그리고 정이에 대한 포괄적인 분석이 이로어졌다. 반응의 정도는 에폭사이드의 함량과 경화 온도에 의존적인 4530cm-1의 NIR 흡수 피크로부터 결정하였다.
