Abstract
To improve the surface and volume conductivity of Nylon 6 film, porous Nylon 6 film was prepared and impregnated in FeCl3 aqueous solution in order to introduce oxidant and then carried gas state polymerization of pyrrole. The polymerization time of pyrrole when reaches maximum conductivity was considerably decreased by using the method of introduction of oxidant by means of impregnation in aqueous solution. The electrical conductivity of these composites were increased up to 10-1S/cm, we can conclude that the conduction mechanism of them mainly depends on electronic conduction from the current-voltage characteristics, the temperature dependence and the time dependence of conductivities.

나일론 6 필름의 표면 및 체적전도도를 향상시키리 위하여 다공질 나일론 6 필름을 제조하였으며. FeCl3수용액에 침지시켜 산화제를 도입한 후 pyrrole로써 기상중합하였다. 수용액 내에서 산화제를 도입하는 방법으로 최대전도도에 도달하는 피롤의 중합시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있었다. 이 복합재료의 전기전도도는 10-1S/cm까지 증가하였으며, 전류-전압 특성과 전기전도도의 온도 의존성 및 시간의존성 실험으로부터 전자전도가 우세함을 알 수 있었다.
