Abstract
The effects of moluybdnum disilcide(MoSi2222
이규화 몰리브덴 (MoSi2)의 첨가 유무에 따른 일방향 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 표면 자유에너지 변화를 상온에서의 접촉각 측정 방법을 이용하여 고찰하였다. 접촉각은 Rame-Hart contace angle goniometer를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 증류수, diiodomethane, 그리고 ethylene glycol을 젖음액으로써 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 Owens와 Wendt, 그리고 Wu가 제안한 방법에 따라서 복합재료의 표면 자유에너지를 분석하였다. 결과적으로 탄소/탄소 복합재료는 MoSi2를 첨가함에 따라 표면 자유에너지의 Lodon 비극성 요소의 증가를 가져왔으며, 반면에 극성 요소에는 별 영향이 없었다. Short-beam test를 통해 알아본 층간 전단강도의 결과로부터 MoSi2를 첨가함에 따라 계면결합력이 증진되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 역시 접촉각 결과로부터 얻은 바와 같이 복합재료의 표면 자유에너지의 London 비극성 요소의 증가에 기인한다고 사료된다.
